I believe that when we purposefully redesign the context of work, we can change the behaviours of people in it, resulting in a system where good things can grow.
Susanna draws on over 20 years of consulting and leadership experience to support both local and global organisations in their growth and development. She works closely with founders and leadership teams to identify and solve meaningful challenges, such as reducing founder dependency, building purposeful cultures and processes, and creating focus on what truly drives sustainable growth.
Susanna’s core expertise lies in organisational design and people leadership, with a strong emphasis on participatory methods. With a background in design and tech project management, she bridges people and systems, and strategic thinking with pragmatic execution. She brings a strong sense of the big picture and a curiosity to uncover the right problems to solve, choosing the most fitting approaches through people, structures, and ways of working.
Susanna believes in honesty, compassion, and in people and their potential. She is passionate about engaging people in meaningful ways and creating trust-based, transparent working environments that foster ownership and commitment. She enables individuals and teams to do their best work by ensuring that practices and processes genuinely support them, always in relation to the organisation’s stage of development.
